1. What the service is

tickeragent.ai is operated by MachBits LLC ("we", "us"). It generates research reports about publicly traded securities and crypto assets using automated AI agents over public market data and data sources you configure. Reports are AI-generated research for informational purposes only, and are not financial advice. We are not a broker-dealer, an investment adviser, or a fiduciary. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions; verify independently before acting.

2. Accounts and tiers

The library, the verdict and headline of each public report, and the public record are open to everyone. Reading a public report in full requires a free account. Signed-in users on the free tier may run fresh research subject to a monthly run quota; free-tier reports are public and shared— they carry no requester identity and may be read by any signed-in user, and the call each one makes is listed and graded on the public record. Runs executed with your own API keys are private to your account, and their token costs are billed to you by your model provider, not by us. Models used by platform-paid tiers may change; each report's provenance footer always records the models that actually produced it.

Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance through Stripe and renew each billing period until cancelled. The price and what the plan includes are shown before you pay. You can cancel at any time from Settings; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for. Reports from a paid plan are private to your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to access other users' private data, probe or overload the service, resell platform-paid model capacity, or use the service to violate any law or the terms of the data vendors and model providers involved. Quotas exist to keep the free tier viable; circumventing them is a violation of these terms. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

4. No warranties; limitation of liability

Reports may be wrong, incomplete, stale, or biased by their input data. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Past performance shown on any scorecard does not predict future results.

5. Your data

How we store and delete your data is described in the privacy policy. Deleting your account removes your stored keys, connector configurations, sessions, and private reports, and cancels any paid plan. Public reports and the calls on the public record persist because they carry no identity.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
